standard birth support

  • Unlimited round-the-clock support via email, text, and phone from booking our services so you can get all your questions answered and receive suggestions and support.
  • I’m on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks
  • prenatal visits each spanning around two hours, to assess your needs and desires for birth, understand each other’s expectations, and equip you and your partner (if you have one) with handy labor tools and comfort measures.
  • Taking care of and educating your partner as well so they know how to care for you in labor and postpartum.
  • Early labor support to answer any questions before heading to your birthing location.
  • follow up visit to celebrate the new arrival, answer any questions you may have during those first, precious postpartum weeks, and set your new family dynamic up for success.
  • Initial breastfeeding support right after birth and during your postpartum visit to ensure your baby gets off to a great start.

virtual birth support

  • Monthly video chats so we can go over your birth wishes, comfort measures, partner support, and anything on your mind from hire date to 35 weeks.
  • Weekly video chats starting at 36 weeks to practice breathing techniques and more.
  • up to 6 hours of virtual support during labor where I can guide you through different positions, remind you to actually change positions and relax your brow, coach you through contractions, and be supportive in any way I can be.
  • virtual postpartum support up to 6 weeks after birth.

Once we have decided we are a great match, we will discuss what you are in need of. Pricing is based off of how many prenatal visits and postpartum visits you desire.

Unravel Your Birth

My 18-module childbirth course prepares you for any birth — home, hospital, or birth center. Whether you’re planning a VBAC, cesarean, or natural birth, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence you need to navigate it all.

You’ll learn how to:
Plan for newborn care and feeding
Prepare mentally and physically for labor
Support your partner (and have them support you!)
Build your birth team and environment
Understand every stage of labor and postpartum recovery

One of my favorite parts about the course or being a doula in general is helping your partner. Often times, your partner is skipped over because we are so focused on you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I want your partner to be prepared in taking care of you and themselves.

Something in regular birth classes that is often overlooked is your birth team, birth setting, and if you need extra support. I really unleashed this section with how to choose the right options for you and how to get support.

the nesting party

Your final weeks of pregnancy should feel joyful, supported, and surrounded by love – not overwhelming.
That’s where the Nesting Party comes in.

This 3-hour experience is part celebration, part preparation — a chance for you and your closest people to come together and make sure everything is ready for baby’s arrival while soaking up connection and support.

here’s what happens:

  • Your family and friends come together to help prepare your space and your heart for birth.
  • Together, we’ll tackle those last-minute nesting tasks so your home feels calm and ready.
  • I’ll guide your loved ones in preparing nourishing, postpartum-friendly meals you can freeze and enjoy after birth.
  • I’ll share practical, loving ways your people can support you during labor, birth, and postpartum — so everyone knows how to show up with confidence.
  • I bring snacks and drinks for everyone.

The Nesting Party is a beautiful way to strengthen your support circle and create a peaceful, prepared environment for your baby’s arrival.

A nesting party is a 3-hour, in-home experience where you and your loved ones gather to prepare your space and heart for baby’s arrival. Together, we clean, organize, meal prep, and create a peaceful environment so you can focus on resting and bonding with your baby.

Invite the people who love and support you most — your partner, family members, or close friends who will be part of your birth and postpartum journey. This is your “village,” and I’ll guide them in how to best support you through labor, birth, and beyond.

I’ll bring light snacks and drinks, plus all the tools, tips, and resources needed to make our time fun and productive.

Soon-to-be mama, you will bring yourself and any questions you may have. Beforehand, you will send over any recipes or desires for the meals we will prepare.

Yes! We’ll tidy up the key areas, deep clean other areas, organize your postpartum space, and prep simple, nourishing meals your family can enjoy after baby arrives.

Most families plan their Nesting Party between 34–37 weeks of pregnancy — close enough to baby’s arrival to feel exciting, but early enough that you can still participate comfortably.

Absolutely! The nesting party is a perfect add-on to any birth or postpartum doula package, or it can be booked as a standalone event.
