The course is $199 and comes with a 50% refund within 10 days if you’re not completely happy.
Because this is a digital product and a true labor of love, full refunds are not available.

The earlier, the better! Most families start between 20–30 weeks so they can practice techniques, discuss birth plans, and revisit modules closer to their due date.

But if you’re already late in pregnancy, don’t worry — anytime before birth is the perfect time to learn.

Some insurance plans cover childbirth education classes, and many HSA/FSA accounts do, too.
Here’s what to do:

  1. Call your insurance provider or HSA/FSA administrator to ask about reimbursement for childbirth classes.
  2. Once purchased, we’ll send a receipt for your records.
