BIRTh PACKAGES

Birth packages come with a FREE consultation, lending library of books and resources, 5 workbooks (birth, postpartum, newborn care, breastfeeding, and VBACs), breastfeeding counseling, birth plan assistance, and our “Unravel Your Birth” education course.

If you want to explore beyond the typical packages like adding more prenatal visits, going to a doctor appointment, or only attending your birth, let’s have a chat! We can share all the details on our offerings over the phone and take it from there.

Birth doula package

A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF YOU WANT:

  • Unlimited round-the-clock support via email, text, and phone from booking our services ’til 4 weeks postpartum, so you can get all your questions answered and receive suggestions and support.
  • I’m on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks
  • Two in-person prenatal visits, each spanning around two hours, to assess your needs and desires for birth, understand each other’s expectations, and equip you and your partner (if you have one) with handy labor tools and comfort measures.
  • Taking care of and educating your partner as well so they know how to care for you in labor and postpartum.
  • Early labor support to answer any questions before heading to your birthing location.
  • I’ll be with you for up to 16 hours during labor + birth, and an extra hour or two after birth. After 16 hours, a backup doula will be called in at no extra cost to you.
  • One postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate the new arrival, answer any questions you may have during those first, precious postpartum weeks, and set your new family dynamic up for success.
  • Initial breastfeeding support right after birth and during your postpartum visit to ensure your baby gets off to a great start.

    Empowerment birth doula package

    A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF YOU WANT:

    • Unlimited round-the-clock support via email, text, and phone from booking our services ’til 6 weeks postpartum so you can get all your questions answered and receive suggestions and support.
    • I’m on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks
    • Three prenatal visits to assess your needs and aspirations for birth, equip you with valuable tools for labor, and ensure we’re on the same page.
    • Taking care of and educating your partner as well so they know how to care for you in labor and postpartum.
    • Early labor support to answer any questions before heading to your birthing location
    • Birth support up to 20 hours, and an extra hour or two after birth. After 20 hours, a backup doula will be called in at no extra cost to you.
    • Two postpartum follow-up visits to celebrate your new arrival, answer any questions you may have during those first, precious postpartum weeks, and set your new family dynamic up for success.
    • Initial breastfeeding support right after birth and during your postpartum visit to ensure your baby gets off to a great start.

    Virtual package

    A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF YOU WANT:

    • Monthly video chats so we can go over your birth wishes, comfort measures, partner support, and anything on your mind from hire date to 35 weeks.
    • Weekly video chats starting at 36 weeks to practice breathing techniques and more.
    • up to 6 hours of virtual support during labor where I can guide you through different positions, remind you to actually change positions and relax your brow, coach you through contractions, and be supportive in any way I can be.
    • virtual postpartum support up to 6 weeks after birth.
